DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER

Cameron is responsible for finance, volunteer coordination, and produces Big Fork Theatre’s shows, Cool Story Bro and Cage Match, and is a co-director of the Brisbane Improv Festival. A regular improv teacher, director and performer for over 20 years, Cameron is a co-founder of Big Fork Theatre and has been a Director since 2015.

DIRECTOR

Mark is responsible for the training and corporate programs, and directs Big Fork Theatre’s musical improv shows, Musical Mixer and The Tuning Forks. A regular improv teacher, director, and performer, Mark is a seasoned stage performer, musician, and qualified teacher with over 20 years experience. Mark has been a Director since 2022.

DIRECTOR

Janette helps coordinate the social media, filming, and community improv at Big Fork Theatre. She founded and directs Big Fork Theatre’s multicultural show, Wer Ya From, is a co-producer of the BrisAsia Festival, and is a co-producer of the Brisbane Improv Festival. Janette is a regular improv teacher and perfomer with 10 years experience and has been a Director since 2025.

DIRECTOR

Ben is an actor, teacher, and musician. They have been regularly helping the community with tech, venue managing, and teaching classes. Ben has been a Director since 2026.

DIRECTOR

John is the Community Jam Coordinator who organises free, regular jams for improvisers. He is a regular cast member of The Tuning Forks and has been improvising for 6 years. John has been a Director since 2026.

CO-FOUNDER & GENERAL MANAGER

Chris is responsible for show casting, venue bookings, and social media. A regular improv and sketch teacher, director and performer, and stand-up comedian with over 10 years experience, Chris is a co-founder of Big Fork Theatre and was a Director from 2015-2025.

CO-FOUNDER

Taylor is a co-founder of Big Fork Theatre and Director from 2015-2024. She has over 10 years experience as an improv and sketch teacher, director, and performer. Taylor is also a stand-up comedian who regularly travels the country to perform stand-up and sketch in Freak Box and Date Night.

CO-FOUNDER

Jim is a co-founder of Big Fork Theatre and was a director primarily responsible for training and community from 2015-2023. Jim is a regular improv performer and teacher at Big Fork Theatre with over 10 years experience. He is half of one of Brisbane’s favourite improv duos, Culprits.

CO-FOUNDER

Rosa is a co-founder of the theatre and was a Director from 2015-2025. She was responsible for marketing and design, overseeing the Code of Conduct, and produced Big Fork Theatre’s sketch show, Get It* Inya (*Experimental Sketch Comedy). Rosa has over 10 years of experience as an improv and sketch teacher, director, and performer.
