TRAINING DIRECTOR

Mark is responsible for Big Fork’s training and corporate programs. He is a seasoned stage performer, musician, and qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience.

He created our musical improv electives, directs our musical improv shows, and is a regular improviser on the Big Fork stage.

TEACHER

Taylor is a regular comedy improv & sketch teacher, director and performer, and stand up comedian, with over 10 years of experience.

She is a co-founder of Big Fork Theatre, a stand-up comedian who regularly travels the country to perform stand-up and sketch in Freak Box and Date Night, and is a regular improviser on the Big Fork stage.

John is a regular comedy impov teacher and performer, with over six years of experience.

He coordinates Big Fork’s regular Community Jams for improvisers across Brisbane. John’s also a regular cast member of the musical Tuning Forks and the improvised sketch show John Comedy.

Chris is a regular comedy improv & sketch teacher, director and performer, and stand up comedian, with over 10 years of experience.

He is a co-founder of Big Fork Theatre and is responsible for a host of activities including show casting, venue bookings, and social media.

Janette is a regular improv teacher and perfomer with over 10 years of experience.

She created and teaches the Rom-Com Prov elective, focusing on theatrical conventions and emotional connections. Janette also founded and directs our multicultural show, Wer Ya From, is a co-producer of the BrisAsia Festival, and has co-produced the Brisbane Improv Festival.

Jim is a regular improv performer and teacher, and prior director of training at Big Fork Theatre, with over 10 years of experience

He is a co-founder of Big Fork Theatre, and is half of one of Brisbane’s favourite improv duos, Culprits.

Ben is a teacher, actor, and musician. They have been regularly helping the Big Fork community with tech, venue managing, and teaching improv classes.

Cameron is a regular improv teacher, director, and performer, with over 20 years of experience.

He is a co-founder of Big Fork Theatre and are responsible for venue management and volunteer coordination, produce Big Fork Theatre’s show Cool Story Bro, and co-direct the Brisbane Improv Festival.
