When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. But what if life gives you not just lemons, but a variety of fruits, vegetables and more? What if all of those are invisible? Santoso‘s life changed drastically after an accident that created an enormous shift in her cognitive and physical capabilities.
She was mourning the loss of her old self, including her abilities that previously defined her, and how she lived her life by pushing her limits - which is a No No when you are recovering from a concussion. It took her a long time to accept herself and re-learn to take a break, and understand her unpredictable daily threshold.
This show is an honest and hilarious sneak peek about Santoso’s journey in living with invisible disabilities, how to find a new purpose in life, all while experiencing a spectrum reaction from others. She will tell stories, jokes, and sing parodies with hope to exhibit the harsh reality of looking good when you are indeed suffering.

As a child, people kept telling Julie Peters she was a boy, and she could never be a girl. She didn't believe them! At first, her quest to become her authentic self, with a coherent identity, was totally undirected and took decades. On her journey she needed to overcome all the negative labels and the mega stress inflicted by wrong puberty.
Along the way she tried showbiz, academia, politics, environmentalism, promoting social justice and equity, becoming an accidental archivist and fashionista. We meet the `personae dramatis’ of her life including family, teachers, nuns, monks Macbeth’s witches, movie stars, colleagues.

The reigning queens of the Big Fork Theatre Cage Match are back — and this time, it’s a full hour of unfiltered fabulousness!
Say hello (again) to your favourite Asian Aunties: the delightfully direct Aunty Maria from the Philippines (Janette McBride) and the observantly opinionated Aunty Rani from Sri Lanka (Himali Ratnayake). Equipped with oversized handbags of wisdom, practical life hacks, and hearts bigger than their rice cookers, these fierce matriarchs are ready to solve your problems with unsolicited gold. They’ll spin your juicy dilemmas into hilarious and heartfelt improvised scenes with a little shimmy and a lot of sass.
